Our Return Commitment

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused with all original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cutlery and scissors that have been removed from their packaging
  • Measuring cups and measuring spoons that show signs of use
  • Barware with any evidence of use
  • Personalized or monogrammed items

Return Process

Exchange Process
