Shipping Information

Processing Time: 1-2 business days to prepare your order

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)

We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our Returns Commitment

We offer a 15-day return policy from your order receipt date. To maintain our high standards, returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cutlery and scissors removed from packaging
  • Measuring cups/spoons showing signs of use
  • Barware with any evidence of use
  • Personalized or monogrammed items

Return Process

  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and RMA number

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

International Returns
