Shipping Information

Our Returns Commitment

We offer a 15-day return policy from your order receipt date. To maintain our high standards, returned items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• With all original packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Cutlery and scissors removed from packaging
• Measuring cups/spoons showing signs of use
• Barware with any evidence of use
• Personalized or monogrammed items

Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] within 15 days with subject “Return Request: [Order Number]”
2. Provide Details: Include order number, item(s) for return, and reason
3. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and RMA number
4. Package Securely: Use original packaging with all documentation

Exchange Process

Follow the same procedure as returns, specifying in your email that you wish an exchange and your preferred replacement item.

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

• Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval
• Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian regions):

• Customs fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs may be higher
• Please clearly mark packages as “Returned Goods”
